General conditions

Prices include electricity, breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, rye bread, white bread, jam, tea and coffee) and visit the neighboring farm in those hours.

We do cleaning, but the tenants organize possibly. washing, cleaning and vacuuming prior to departure.

Arrival and departure:
Arrivals from pm. 15.00.
Kitchen. 11.00 (unless otherwise agreed).
You arrive later than at. 17.30, will we be notified about this, otherwise rent the apartments to the second page.

Payment:
1. installment - Within 10 days of booking 25% of the total rental amount.
2. rate - at least 6 weeks before arrival paid the balance.
